About CBI Oxford

CBI Oxford is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Oxford that exists to support local churches in equipping the saints for the work of ministry.

We are launching in September 2025 with a unique, accessible, and affordable part-time hybrid course: The Foundation Certificate in Biblical Ministry. This ten-month hybrid course is designed for anyone who desires to be discipled and further equipped for service in the local church.

CBI Oxford is not accredited nor are we seeking accreditation. Our heart is simply to disciple and equip the saints for the work of ministry through the teaching of the Word of God - recognising that ministry is not the calling of the few, but the calling of EVERY believer in Jesus (Ephesians 4:12)!

Calvary Bible Institute is  affiliated with the Calvary Chapel Association of churches serving over 2000 CCA churches around the world through an network of campuses, with a main campus in Yucca Valley, California, and campuses in Hawaii, Peru, Philippines, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Uganda, and more.
